The chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, reiterated on Wednesday that the US continues showing that it is “on the lost side of history” about Venezuela.
”This gentleman faces what in psychology is called the negation stage. On Venezuela they continue demonstrating that they are on the lost side of history. It is time for you to abandon anti-diplomacy and to work from reality and respect for free peoples”, said Arreaza via Twitter.
The minister’s tweet refers to the statements of Elliott Abrams, who earlier claimed that the United States “has the right policy” towards Venezuela.
