The Venezuelan Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, announced a third stage of transformation of Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA), “superior to everything that has been lived before, a powerful PDVSA, nationally and internationally. An indestructible PDVSA. ”
This was affirmed by President Maduro on Wednesday, in a joint radio and television broadcast. In addition, he approved the creation of the Workers ‘Council within PDVSA, as an instance of the workers’ power.
The Head of State said that: “A third stage of nationalist, popular, revolutionary, anti-imperialist, Bolivarian, Chavista and deeply socialist transformation has begun today in the contest of efficiency, efficiency and justice. We are prepared”.
The National President asked for “Union, integration, understanding, to convince the unconvinced, to motivate the unmotivated.”
