The Chancellor of the Republic, Jorge Arreaza, reaffirmed that the Latin American left wing acknowledges and understands how important the resistance of the Bolivarian Revolution has been against the aggressions of the Government of the United States (USA):
«The left wing of our Americas, subject to all kinds of media and political blackmail, understands and acknowledges how important the resistance and courage of the people of Venezuela and the Bolivarian Revolution have been in times of difficulty. Together we are the brake on neoliberalism”, wrote Arreaza on the Twitter social network, this Sunday.
The message was published in reference to the acknowledgement made by the former Brazilian president Luiz Inacio “Lula” Da Silva to the resistance of the Venezuelan people “for not surrendering to the whims of the US administration despite economic and diplomatic pressures”.
Last Friday, November 22, during the seventh Congress of the Workers Party (PT), the Brazilian activist honored the resistance capacity of the Bolivarian people to the coercive measures imposed by the United States, regarding a reflection he made on the political processes and social living the region.
Earlier, the constitutional president of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, greeted Lula’s solidarity, while indicating that his words “exalt the courage and gallantry of our noble people”.
«We continue in battle and in victory to make our Homeland a region free from hegemonic empires, which builds its own future. A hug!” Was the message of the Venezuelan Head of State published on the social network.
