Alert on violent actions on the Colombian-Venezuelan border this NOV-16

The deputy to the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) Julio Chavez, warned on Tuesday about possible violent actions on the Colombian-Venezuelan border on November 16, after the call made by the self-proclaimed Juan Guaidó to a national protest in the country.
Chávez, during an interview on the “Al Aire” (On Air) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Television (VTV), said that the call for a protest made by “Juanito alimaña” (Johnny the Scoundrel) aims to prevent a national strike in Colombia in November 21, with insurrectionary characteristics:
“We alert our army about the actions that are being forged on the Colombian Venezuelan border, that even when Uribism was defeated in the recent local elections there are still tentacles that pretend on November 16 to prevent Colombia from going on a strike on November 21”, he said.
The Constituent noted that the strike in Colombia is called within the framework of the daily killings of social and indigenous leaders in that country, ordered by new political leaderships: “It is inevitable what is going to happen in Colombia, the people will express in a blunt manner on November 21”, he said.
Chávez considered that after the results of the local elections in the neo-Granadinean country, there is no glimpse of an arising of the left wing, but on the contrary, the center-left rises and the end of Uribism is decreed, which also means the end of the warmongering currents in that nation, represented by Álvaro Uribe Vélez.
