National Government asks PM to investigate Guaidó for plans to deliver Essequibo

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, offered on Thursday a press conference around the international organized crime that is led by the opposition member Juan Guaidó against Venezuela.
Accompanied by the Minister of People’s Power for Defense, Wladimir Padrino López, and the Commander of the Bolivarian National Navy, Giuseppe Alessandrello Cimadevilla, the senior official referred to one of the conspiracy plans drawn up by Guaidó to attempt against Venezuelan sovereignty when attempting to deliver the Esequibo territory to transnational oil companies.
In his statements, Rodriguez announced that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, requested the Public Prosecutor’s Office (PM) to initiate investigations into the actions and conspiracy plans directed by the deputy of the National Assembly in contempt.
She showed the audio of a telephone conversation in which Vanessa Neumann, a Venezuelan resident in the United States who works for Special Command of the Department of Defense of that country, and Manuel Avendaño, advisor to Guaidó, highlight the plan made before the month of January this year to deliver the aforementioned Venezuelan territory to Guyana:
“This criminal organization, led by Mr. Juan Guaidó, not only works to fulfill transnational interests, but also for his personal enrichment”, she warned.
He recalled that handing over Esequibo denies the legitimate right that Venezuela has over this territory over which there is a dispute that is settled in the framework of the 1966 Geneva Agreement.
