We must advance building a new model that consolidates the foundations of the 21st Century Bolivarian Socialism

The construction of a new model separated from the old capitalist schemes that consolidates the foundations of the Bolivarian Socialism of the 21st Century is a task, as expressed yesterday the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
Through his official account on the Twitter social network, the National President wrote: “To paraphrase the ‘Che’ I say: We can not build socialism, a new society and a country, with the jagged weapons of the old capitalist schemes. We must move forward building a new model that consolidates the foundations of the Bolivarian Socialism of the 21st Century”
The Head of State thus recalled the words of the revolutionary doctor and politician Ernesto “Che” Guevara in the speech of Algiers in 1964: “You can not build socialism with the jagged arms of capitalism since that would lead to capitalist restoration”.
To the words of the revolutionary leader, Commander Hugo Chávez added during the act of proclamation as president-elect of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the 2013-2019 period, that “Socialism is built with a socialist theory and a socialist project, and in that direction we are going to continue transiting, consolidating, laying new foundations, building new structures, renovating”.
