Protection of victims of economic war will be addressed at dialogue table in Oslo

One of the main topics that the Bolivarian Government will present at the dialogue table with the Venezuelan opposition in Oslo, Norway, will be the protection of the victims of the economic war, especially the ill people who have been affected by the blockade imposed by the Government of the United States (USA) and its allies.
