Maduro met with delegation from the People's Republic of China


The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, met on Thursday with the delegation of the People’s Republic of China.
The delegation of the Chinese government consists of the Director General for Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zhao Bentang; the director of the Office of Regional Cooperation of Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Wu Jinjia; the director of the Second Division of the Latin American Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Li Lin and the Attaché of the Office of Regional Cooperation of Latin America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
The binational relations between China and Venezuela have been based on mutual cooperation to achieve the equal benefit under the win-win premise, the diplomatic alliances that have been signed by both nations have been framed by respect, rejection of interference, promotion of Peace, sovereignty and independence and development.
As part of the deep friendship and integration among the sister nations, the People’s Republic of China has sent humanitarian technical aid with medical supplies to support Venezuela in the face of the shocks generated by the financial, commercial and economic blockade imposed by the government of the United States.
On May 16, an aircraft with 64 tons of medical supplies arrived in the South American nation, which would be the third shipment sent by the Asian giant to invigorate the National Public Health System.
