The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, lashed out on Monday to those who say they want to help Venezuela with an alleged humanitarian aid, and invited them to unblock the accounts to be able to buy medicines and food.
He recalled that the financial systems of the world have repressed resources to the National government, which does not allow to acquire what the population needs.
On the other hand, the Head of State raised the following question, «Why did not they send humanitarian aid to our brotherly people of Puerto Rico after the hurricane?»
On the other hand, he asked the people of the world to deploy a solidarity movement that denounces the threats of a military intervention by the United States (US) Government against Venezuela.
«We are going to raise a powerful movement of worldwide denunciation against Donald Trump, telling the truth of his threats», he said during a meeting with intellectuals on Monday, from the Yellow House (Seat of the Venezuelan Chancellory) in Caracas.
