President Maduro accepted initiative of Mexico and Uruguay on National Dialogue

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, hailed and reaffirmed his willingness to engage in dialogue with the country’s political sectors, following the initiative shown by the governments of Mexico and Uruguay for a national dialogue:
“I have seen that two Latin American governments have taken an initiative, which I think, should be the way. A dialogue, diplomatic initiative. The government of Mexico and Uruguay have proposed that an international initiative be created to promote a dialogue between the parties in Venezuela to seek a negotiation, a national peace agreement”, he said.
“To the governments of Mexico and Uruguay, I say, I agree with a diplomatic initiative for the national dialogue in Venezuela. I am ready for dialogue, for negotiation, for agreement”, he said.
Also during the act of beginning of the Judicial Year 2019 in the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), the Head of State congratulated the FANB for its pronouncement in favor of the constitutional order of Venezuela:
“I want to congratulate our Bolivarian National Armed Forces, for the firm, clear, unequivocal constitutional pronouncement they have made in the eight Integral Defense Regions and the Superior General Staff”, he said.
“The government of the United States is pushing the Venezuelan opposition to the worst scenarios of insanity for the country”, warned the National Head of State.
