Constituent Power will take measures against sedition attempt by the AN

“It is not ruled out that in Venezuela the Constituent Power would take radical measures in the face of an attempted sedition and an open coup d’ etat by the Adeco-bourgeois-Colombian National Assembly”.
This was stated on Wednesday by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, during a press conference with international media, in which he explained that this plenipotentiary body will review the conspiratorial and coup plotting actions of the majority of deputies.
The Venezuelan leader indicated that he instructed the executive vice president of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, to review the Constitutional Decree that expects to know the action of the parliamentary body in contempt, in relation to the plans of intervention and alteration of national sovereignty promoted from the so-called Lima Group.
“Hopefully, in the assembly, good sense and political dialogue will prevail,” said President Maduro.
