President Maduro: Duque continues conspiring against Venezuela

The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, warned this Monday of the increase in terrorist actions against public services in the country, a campaign of aggression that is being paid for “with dollars brought from Colombia.”

He affirmed that the attacks on public services have increased “in a Machiavellian and criminal strategy”, after the achievements made at the Dialogue Table in Mexico, and in view of the proximity of the mega elections of NOV-21.

He assured that one of these attacks was the one suffered by the Banco de Venezuela (Bank of Venezuela) state-owned bank, which has the goal of sabotaging the banking system to prevent the implementation of the Bolívar Digital. He asked Vice President Delcy Rodríguez to offer a press conference and explain in detail the computer attack suffered by the banking institution.

In this sense, he reiterated that the enemies of the Homeland intend to sabotage the process of dialogue installed in Mexico between the Government and the most extremist sectors of the opposition, with President Iván Duque as the operator of this strategy from Colombia:

“Iván Duque is an enemy of Venezuela and he is behind all these conspiracies, but they have not been able to defeat, and will never be able to defeat the people”, he emphasized.

He presented as an example the meeting held in Madrid between Duque and the fugitive from the Venezuelan justice, Leopoldo López, with whom he articulates the actions to destabilize the peace of the country.

He also referred to the “regrettable” speech of the New Granadean president today in the UN General Assembly, of which he dedicated a good part to attack peace and the dialogue among the sectors of Venezuela.

Faced with this scenario, the national president announced that the head of the Venezuelan delegation, Jorge Rodríguez, will present in Mexico the evidence of the plans orchestrated in Colombia to attack Venezuela.

Massive Vuelta a la Patria Plan from Peru:

In another vein, the Venezuelan head of state reiterated the importance of the agreements reached at the 6th Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), held in Mexico City, and the proposals presented by Venezuela within the organization:

We made a proposal for the institutional strengthening of CELAC and the reactivation of the Councils of Ministers of the 32 countries. Our participation caused a great impact in Mexico, in Latin America and the Caribbean”, he stressed.

He pointed out that during these conferences he held meetings with his peers from different countries in the region, with whom he deepened the ties of friendship and common ground and strategic alliances for the development of the country and the region.

He pointed out that one of these meetings was with his counterpart from the Republic of Peru, Pedro Castillo, together with whom he evaluated the activation of a Massive Vuelta a la Patria (Return To The Homeland) Plan in order to return to the country more than 42,000 compatriots who wish to return to Venezuela from the Inca nation:

“Venezuela will put the planes and we will ask UNHCR and other organizations for support to carry out this Massive Vuelta a la Patria Plan from Peru,” he said.
