The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, manifested this Sunday that he has evidences of the destabilizing plans that are being planned from the United States:
“Today is underway and directly coordinated from the White House, an attempt to disrupt the democratic life of Venezuela and to attempt a coup d’etat against the constitutional, democratic and free regime that exists in our country”, said President Maduro.
During the journey of elections for the municipal councils 2018, in which will be elected 2,500 councilor men and women, the President offered statements where he said that “the intention is to create a disturbance in Venezuela, an attempted coup d’etat” and assured that The Washington Post and The New York Times have very accurate data.
In this sense, the Head of State announced that in the next few days he will give a press conference, where he will detail the conspiracies that the US government is planning against Venezuela.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) affirmed the patriotic and civic-military character of the Venezuelan people: “White House, listen to me: We will defend this Constitution from you, and we will make it triumph again, I know that our people and our Bolivarian National Armed Force will give their lives to keep the Constitution up and alive”.
When reaching next Saturday 19 years of (adoption of) the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CRBV), while showing it with their hands he declared that: “Here is the guarantee of peace, here is our moral, political, communicational, legal, constitutional strength (…). Within the Constitution everything, out of the Constitution nothing”.
On the other hand, the President exhorted the councilor men and women to take the lead, in order to address the problems of the Venezuelan people, and thus “give hope and encouragement in the struggle that is to come in these years”.
“In Venezuela it is only the people who elect, who determine their own future” with these words, the revolutionary leader congratulated and invited all Venezuelans to vote, to exercise the right to vote. “Today the people are freely deciding with their vote”, as reaffirmed President Nicolás Maduro.
