Brownfield statements against Venezuela are an act against humanity

The president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), Diosdado Cabello, denounced on Wednesday that the statements by the former US ambassador in Venezuela, William Brownfield, are an act against humanity:

“These statements are an act against humanity. Where is the UN, the OAS, where is the one they call Almagro? Cannot be opened a denounce in the International Criminal Court? He is threatening to starve 30 million people”, he said during his weekly program “Con el Mazo Dando” (Hitting with the Hammer).

He stressed that these statements come from an inept person who could not end the Revolution when he was ambassador to Venezuela.

Brownfield affirmed that “The US must make the Venezuelans suffer and die to achieve a change of government”.

Response to the President of Costa Rica:

“Mr. President of Costa Rica is saying that he is going to denounce companion Nicolás Maduro before the ICC, but he does not say anything about the strike he has had for more than 15 days in his country, and that he has not been able to solve, and of course the media do not say nothing about that neither”, he questioned, while asking the Costa Rican president to take care of the affairs of the Central American nation that is affected by the neoliberal policies that deepened with the arrival of Alvarado.

“We must be doing something right, so that they talk so much about Venezuela”, he said.
