The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on Sunday to the presidential candidates to a journey of meeting and rapprochement of political dialogue in Venezuela.
“I call on all the presidential candidates who participated today, all their political teams, to a day of meeting and rapprochement of political dialogue, for the future of Venezuela, to establish a constructive agenda”, he said from Miraflores Palace in Caracas, where he celebrated with the people the electoral victory.
He urged the candidates who participated in Sunday’s elections to recognize the results that have been the will of the Venezuelan people.
He stressed that Venezuela needs responsible and constructive leaders to provide solutions and proposals to the country. Not those who want to impose extreme exits that point to despair and violence.
