“The Public Ministry will deploy 1,326 prosecutors in the country to protect the electoral process of the Presidency of the Republic and members of the legislative councils”.
This was reported on Tuesday by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, during his participation in the plan for the deployment of the Republic Plan for the elections of May 20, which took place at the Paseo Los Próceres (Heroes Stroll), in Caracas.
During his speech, the spokesman of the Citizen Power, recalled that through the electoral processes, the Venezuelan people have shown that they have a reliable voting system and that they have the conscience to defend the democratic stability of the country.
The activity was attended by the representatives of the military high command, together with the chairwoman of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Tibisay Lucena, the Minister for Internal Affairs, Justice and Peace, Néstor Reverol, and the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.
