The secretary of production and supply of Miranda state, Miguel Marín, highlighted the Bolivarian Government’s effort after the capture of 86 citizens linked to smuggling of extraction of the monetary cone.
“We have concrete actions that are being activated to neutralize the attack on our country and currency. Mafias that operate around the action in the border. The Bolivarian Government makes an effort to stabilize the currency, and continues to make enormous efforts so that this situation is not repeated. That is going to be punished with all the weight of the law”, he said.
Production of cocoa and other items in the entity:
During an interview on the “En la Palestra” (In the Podium) program, broadcast by RNV Informative Channel, Marín highlighted the deployment of the Bolivarian and Regional Government to strengthen the production of cocoa, stating that this item will soon be exported to generate foreign currency for the country.
“The Governor raises several scenarios, especially going to the attention to the primary producer (…) we will develop a strategy to increase the production of cocoa with the current cultivated area, raise production to 800 kilos per plant (…) give maintenance to the plants and raise to 18,800 kilograms of yearly production and in turn generate agreements to guarantee the protection to the producer and raise its productive capacity”, he said.
“In Miranda we work hard with the production of vegetables, potatoes, fertilizers, tools and attention to producers. In the Valles del Tuy region we are developing care for corn, beans, black beans and there are some fields, we are talking about 17 items, profitability and the large international market, organize marketing and in turn strengthen its social protection”.
He added that a special comprehensive plan is being prepared in Miranda state, with special attention to roads, services, food and access to different social actions of the Barlovento axis.
Marín sent a message of strength to the Venezuelan people to remain united against the plans forged by the enemies of the country.
“The enemies of the country are operating second by second, the people do everything to resist the economic war and on this side the Government doing everything to guarantee economic and political stability. It is not time to weaken”, he said.
