"Almagro is complying with instructions from Ramos Allup and the opposition elite"

The Chancellor of the Republic, Delcy Rodriguez, said on Wednesday that Secretary General of the Organization of American States, Luis Almagro “is complying with the instructions given by Henry Ramos Allup” to intervene Venezuela “with the support of the competent bodies of the OAS. ”
“They (the opposition) speak of a crisis of institutions, but that crisis does not exist, the only thing that has existed is the continued willingness of the opposition elite in Venezuela that, following instructions from the imperial centers have violent and undemocratically attempted against the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela”, said the official from the Casa Amarilla (Yellow House, seat of the Chancellory) in Caracas.
She stressed that the Venezuelan people have to be aware that it was the President of a national public authority who requested the intervention of a sovereign country such as Venezuela.
“The situation in Venezuela is of an unprecedented deterioration and so serious that in recent months it has exceeded the possibilities of an institutional resolution of the serious situation that we suffer, without the support of the competent bodies of the OAS it would not be possible to address these problems” wrote Ramos Allup to Luis Almagro in order to request the interfering action of this organism.
“Mr. President of the National Assembly: You, as a Venezuelan, are an embarrasment” stressed Rodriguez.
