Ángel Rodríguez: Colombian Minister conspires against Venezuela by order of Santos

The Deputy to the National Assembly, Ángel Rodríguez, affirmed that the Colombian Finance Minister, Mauricio Cárdenas, conspires against the Venezuelan economy by order of President Juan Manuel Santos, who executes actions from various international flanks to disrupt the Government of Nicolás Maduro Moros.

“The statements by Cárdenas against the effectiveness of the launch of the Petro, obey the fear, because they know that such a strategy would weaken the mafias of the neighboring country commanded by Santos and former President Álvaro Uribe, who promote the artificial devaluation of the bolivar through the exchange houses that operate in Cúcuta “.

The parliamentarian said that the possibility of this crypto-currency being supported by certified oil reserves and gold extracted from the mining arch delivered by the National Executive to the Central Bank of Venezuela is being studied. If so, the value of it would not be easily manipulated by organized criminal groups run from Bogotá and Miami, through a Web portal.

He added that Cárdenas has developed a campaign of international discredit against Venezuela for several years, and last November when he attended the Assembly of the International Monetary Fund that was held in Washington, focused his agenda to know first hand the actions designed by the multilateral entity to impose a neoliberal agenda in Venezuela.

“At that time, Cárdenas maliciously publicly expressed his concern about the risk of default by our country to the Inter-American Development Bank and the Andean Development Corporation, despite the fact that the nation has responsibly canceled its commitments to these institutions” .

He pointed out that Cárdenas tried on this trip to convince the IMF to privilege Colombian imports to Venezuela, in case the multilateral entity manages to increase its interference on the macroeconomic policy that is designed from Caracas.

“Juan Manuel Santos thinks that the international right wing, through economic sanctions, will get the IMF to take control of Venezuela and implement a plan of financial assistance, which will favor the transnationals and cut social programs that benefit the people”, concluded Ángel Rodríguez.
