Delcy Rodriguez: Luis Almagro is an enemy of Venezuela

“The Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro, is an enemy of Venezuela, seeking to advertise himself by attacking the Venezuelan democracy”, thus was said by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Delcy Rodriguez.
When interviewed in the Jose Vicente Hoy ( Jose Vicente Today) program, broadcast by the private TV station Televen, she urged him to respect Venezuela, remembering that he is a mere administrator of an organization. “He’s not the king of the countries, there will be the sovereign states that make up the OAS the ones that will take appropriate actions on the lives of our countries.”
She noted that in this new stage, under the administration of Almagro, the international Pan-Americanist organization “intends to retake the path of darkness for our countries.” “The OAS has intensified its role of being the ministry of colonies, as it was rightly pointed out by Fidel Castro. The OAS continues to be an agent in the service of the imperial centers”.
In response to recent statements by Luis Almagro, who expressed his willingness to welcome the delegation of the National Assembly to submit the request for application of the Democratic Charter, Rodriguez said that once again is put in tune the agenda of the OAS Secretary with the agenda of the Venezuelan coup-plotting right wing.
The Chancellor invited anyone who wants to make a public debate on the human, social and economic rights achieved over the last 17 years of the Bolivarian Revolution, because despite the economic war against the Venezuelan people the country registers high rates of human development.
