Government and opposition delegations will meet on November 15

The Minister of Communication and Information and head of the delegation of the Executive, Jorge Rodríguez, informed on Thursday that next November 15 the delegations of the National Government and the opposition will meet in the Dominican Republic, to continue the talks aimed at establishing a dialogue between both sectors for political coexistence in the country.

“We reaffirm what has already been asserted: the dialogue continues on November 15 in the Dominican Republic and we will be there,” he said through his Twitter account.

He indicated that a joint document is prepared to establish agreements “within the framework of the coexistence and peace that Venezuelans love and deserve so much.”

He also noted that it is not by chance that the President of the United States, Donald Trump, imposes new sanctions against Venezuela, today the Venezuelan right wing announces their willingness to continue national dialogue.

“The best thing for the American supremacist regime is that peace consolidates in Venezuela”, he said.

By part of the Venezuelan opposition, the leader Luis Florido confirmed the participation in the conversations with the national Government, which they had abandoned at the end of October.
