Rodríguez: Governors acknowledged the Plenipotentiary

The President of the National Constituent Assembly, Delcy Rodriguez, pointed out from Miraflores Palace that the swearing in of the Governors of the opposition to the ANC is an acknowledgment of the Plenipotentiary power.

“There remains only one governor who believes he responds to Washington and does not attend to the reality of our country, the map already spoke and, out of 23 governors, 22 were already sworn before the National Constituent Assembly, now there is the oath of these four governors before the Legislative Councils in their respective regions”, said Rodríguez.

She said that a minority refuses to understand what the people of Venezuela wants, in her view they disrespect the Bolivarian Constitution of Venezuela and the laws of the Republic.

“The laws of this country are to be complied with and to be respected, that is why the Head of the opposition, Julio Borges, does not end up realizing that he is defeated, despite the fact that the people of Venezuela have said that they want peace, that they do not want people to burn people alive, that does not want bullets, that they do not want deaths, for that reason this act was very significant for the peace of the country and the political tranquility of Venezuela” , said the chairwoman of the ANC.
