The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, signed the decree of integral restructuring of the basic enterprises of Guayana:
“It has already started a great process of restructuring of the basic companies of the State, of the Guayana region and at the national level”, he said, adding that he will be reporting on the processes of productive restructuring and improvements of the companies.
The President instructed to solve the logistical, input, technological, spare parts problems; to break with the dependence on the dollar using the Petro and to advance in the substitution of imports.
The decree empowers the Vice President for the Economic Area, Tarek El Aissami, for the productive restructuring and simplification of the work systems of the basic companies of Guayana.
“We have clear the way, I count on the support of the working class, of the professionals. The time has come, we are going to restructure everything that has to be restructured and we are going to do things well and again”, he said.
This action is carried out as part of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda, said the President during a meeting with the economic cabinet, held at Miraflores Palace.
