“In Venezuela there will be no invasion, nor there will be any war. In Venezuela there will be sovereignty, tranquility, peace and integration with the peoples. We have the political, diplomatic and military capacity to guarantee integrity and peace in Venezuela”.
This was the response of the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, during a press conference with international media held in Miraflores Palace, to offer a balance of regional elections, when he was consulted on the sanctions applied by the Government and the Parliament of the USA.
He invited the American congressmen who oppose the Bolivarian Government, especially Marco Rubio, to come to Venezuela to speak with him and learn the truth of the country, adding that the information they give them from the opposition leadership is wrong.
“I lend my hands to the worst enemies of Venezuela, my worst opponents. You will see if you continue to waste your time with right-wing failures, who lie to you or are able to come and invest here”, he said.
The President reiterated that Venezuela has the doors open for US investment, as it exists with Russia, China, India and other countries in the world.
The Head of State called on US leaders to build bridges and not to generate a war: “May our generation build bridges for a relationship of understanding and cooperation between North America and South America. That is our desire as Bolivarians”, he said.
