With the purpose of guaranteeing the greatest protection to citizens and strengthening the articulation between the People’s Power and citizen security bodies in the national territory, this Thursday the Great Mission Quadrants of Peace reached the milestone of 3,000 units deployed in the country.
The information was announced by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, within the context of the celebration of the anniversary of the Bolivarian National Police Corps (PNB) and the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) from the headquarters of the National Experimental University of Security (UNES), located in Caracas:
“The Venezuelan police model is an advanced model that is self-improving, highly professional and is leveraged in citizen policy, that is, with scientific studies, with a lot of ethics and a lot of morals that are great, important and necessary strengths,” stressed the Admiral in Chief Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, Sectoral Vice President for Citizen Security and Peace and Minister of People’s Power for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace.
“At this moment the country has the best results in more than 20 years in terms of citizen security, internal peace and protection of the people, we have lowered all the perverse and evil crime rates in Venezuela. It is a great achievement, thanks to the People’s power, thanks to the peace quadrants,” said the Dignitary.
The Great Mission Quadrants of Peace is based on the territorial organization as part of the Popular System of Protection for Peace and the Integral Defense of the Nation, and also executes functions to guarantee the development of different areas such as educational, economic, sociocultural, environmental and political.
Currently, more than 155,000 officials from different police forces and members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) have been deployed as part of the Safe and Happy Christmas 2023 device with the aim of guaranteeing the security and protection of the Venezuelan people.
