Ernesto Villegas, Minister of Communication and Information, said this Sunday that the upcoming regional elections in which will be elected the new Governors of the different states of the country, are yet another example of democracy in Venezuela.
He also stressed that although the opposition right wing has devoted to generating violence in the country, to try to make believe at an international level that in here is not lived in democracy, the nomination of opposition candidates for the next regional elections scheduled for October, are a sample that it is totally false.
He recalled that thanks to the installation of the National Constituent Assembly, promoted by the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, has been regained peace in the country.
The information was provided during the Special Program “Venezuela Democracia Plena” (Venezuela in Full Democracy), held on the occasion of the swearing-in of the Zamora 200 Campaign Command, which was conducted by Minister Ernesto Villegas and broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión.
