This way, Chancellor Félix Plasencia made it known through the Twitter account of his office, in which he indicated that he held a work meeting with the Russian ambassador to Venezuela, Segey Melik Bagdasarov.
It is worth noting that last February, Plasencia ratified Venezuela’s support for Russia, while indicating that “peace of Russia is the peace of the world.” This in relation to the conflict with Ukraine.
