The National Assembly (AN) unanimously enacted this Tuesday, in a second and final discussion, the “Criminal Records Registry Law”, as part of the battery of legislative regulations to develop the revolution of the judicial system:

This is the new reality of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. This instrument is based on respect for human rights, respect for privacy and intimacy, and respect for the due process that all Venezuelans deserve. Congratulations, deputies men and women!”, expressed the president of the parliamentary board, Jorge Rodríguez, after submitting to a vote and obtaining the unanimous approval of those present in the ordinary session.
