The Mayor of Caracas, Jorge Rodriguez, rejected on Friday the extension of the Executive Order against Venezuela, made by the President of the United States, Barack Obama.
During a special interview with Venezolana de Television (VTV), he stressed that said Executive Order is an aberration that aims to end the sovereign peace of Venezuela.
“The North American aggression against the country has remained since the emergence of the Eternal Commander Hugo Chavez, and what they do is a tactic to crumble the entire legacy and the freedom that he impulsed in the Venezuelans” said Rodriguez.
In this regard, he noted that the media and economic war in Venezuela is being promoted by the US Government, maintaining itself against all the Revolutionary Laws that promote peace in Venezuela.
In addition to this, Rodriguez recalled that the United States has always remained in the struggle for the overtaking of spaces in South America, promoting and inciting violence in all revolutionary countries that are seeking for peace and development in the continent, “We will never more become a colony”.
