The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced the launch of a national concourse for the creation of Master Plans for the integral development of La Guaira and El Junquito.
«I am going to call for a national concourse for a master plan for La Guaira, and a master plan for El Junquito, where those who have expertise, knowledge gained after the making of a soil study, can contribute with their ideas and we can develop the best project for the community,» explained the National Dignitary.
Rodríguez added that all the affected areas are important: «Just as we are going to create a Master Plan for the new La Guaira, we are going to create a Master Plan for the new El Junquito, which will include planned tourism activity, productive agricultural activity, and commercial activity,» detailed the Head of State to assure that all aspects are being considered.
This initiative seeks to integrate the technical knowledge and vision of expert professionals to transform these strategic areas, ensuring that urban growth is aligned with the real needs of their inhabitants and the economic and tourism potential of each territory.
With this call for proposals, the National Executive aims to democratize urban planning in the states affected by the tragedy, inviting those with ideas for consolidating high-impact social projects to submit their proposals.
