As part of the efforts to promote access to housing, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that preliminary evaluations made to several land plots in La Guaira have yielded positive results for the development of new housing complexes in the region:
«We have just visited several land plots in La Guaira state, where preliminary studies indicate that housings can be built in there,» said the Head of State. During the tour, she also detailed that a multidisciplinary team is currently deployed at the evaluated sites to deepen in the conduction of further analysis.
To ensure the quality and stability of the future structures, Rodríguez specified that technical supervision is being carried out by trained specialists. «The technicians, led by engineer Garcés, are currently evaluating the feasibility of construction in that area,» she referred, regarding the work that the team has been developing.
The goal is to ensure that any project that is started complies with all the technical and safety regulations required for the well-being of future residents.
