The Acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, informed this Tuesday that the process of community organization for the National Popular Consultation on March 8 is almost complete throughout the national territory:
“Already for today have practically been completed 100% of the assemblies to select the projects, 99% of the assemblies, and there are two days left, today and tomorrow, to finish,” she highlighted from Los Mecedores (in Caracas), where she held a Council of Sectoral Vice Presidents in which were included spokespeople from the 8 Raíces Commune.
Rodríguez emphasized that these grassroots journeys define the course of public administration through citizen participation: “In this first consultation of 2026, we are valuing projects focused on the economic transformation and the citizen transformation, and we all should be actively engaged and encouraged to participate,” she stated.
Likewise, she confirmed that must begin the activation of the electoral structure and the campaign command for the journey, which coincides with International Women’s Day.
