Presidenta destaca acuerdos sobre garantías políticas, justicia y recuperación económica en mesa de diálogo

President highlights agreements on political guarantees, justice and economic recovery at the dialogue table

Acknowledging the efforts of the sectors participating in the national dialogue, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced the conclusion of a significant meeting with the delegations involved.

«I welcome and acknowledge the efforts of the parties seated at this dialogue table to make progress regarding political guarantees for everyone, for all political parties, for those who believe in politics as a mechanism to benefit the population,» she remarked.

At the meeting participated Jorge Rodríguez, president-head of the Venezuelan government’s delegation, and Dinorah Figuera, coordinator representing the 2015 National Assembly.

The President congratulated both sides on completing this third work journey and on advancing in the preparation of the agenda for the next round of talks, scheduled for November.

During her address, the Head of State recognized the efforts of the sectors at the negotiating table to reach agreements concerning political guarantees for all parties, the reform of the justice system, and the use of the gold retained in England for recovery efforts following the earthquake of June 2026.

Likewise, she contrasted this willingness to reach an understanding with the actions of small groups that persist in blocking streets and in violence, reaffirming that the majority of the country is committed to the joint work, as it was demonstrated by the mobilizations of Venezuelan women during the month dedicated to breast cancer awareness.

«I acknowledge those decent Venezuelan men and women who from this dialogue are driving necessary changes and transformations; but I also recognize that there is a country that as a whole wants to work, that today the Venezuelan women came out, in the context of October, the ‘Pink Month,’ of the fight against breast cancer, when we are united by common, noble interests, such as the health and lives of women. That is the Venezuela I recognize and that I know is a Venezuela of good.»
