The National Government and the 2015 National Assembly agreed to work on strengthening the integral attention to the victims of the double earthquake and on the process of transforming the justice system.
This information was provided on Wednesday by representatives of the parties: the President of the Legislative Branch, Deputy Jorge Rodríguez (PSUV/National); and former Deputy Dinorah Figuera, at the conclusion of the first phase of the dialogue process.
Rodríguez and Figuera read and signed the agreement on which was also stipulated that they will focus their efforts on promoting the recovery of Venezuela’s international reserve assets held at the Bank of England.
Likewise, they agreed to establish mechanisms for transparency, traceability, and auditing in the efficient use of these resources to guarantee the well-being of all those affected by the seismic doublet.
