Attorney General of the Republic, Larry Devoe announced this Tuesday that in Official Gazette No. 43,388, dated June 2, 2026 were published the rules, criteria, and syllabus for the Public Concourse of Credential Examinations and Competitive Examinations for entry into the positions of prosecutors in the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP).
Through his official account on the X social media platform, Devoe indicated that progressively will be carried out the examinations in all regions of the country, in order to advance the appointment of prosecutors posts, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and the Organic Law of the Public Ministry:
«These are immediate measures that are part of the internal review process promoted by the major National Consultation on Criminal Justice Reform that is currently underway,» he wrote in his post on the aforementioned social network.
