President Maduro sends message of Faith to the Venezuelan People

The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, sent a message of faith to the Venezuelan people, urging to open the paths for the necessary transformation and to prevail the communion with God, in truth and peace.

The message of the dignitary was published this Sunday via his channel on Telegram:

“Beloved people of Venezuela, brothers and sisters of the world: on this Sunday, June 7, 2026, Cilia and I send you an embrace of faith, love, and gratitude. Let us live in community and unity, in action of solidarity and in permanent construction, with joy and hope. As the First Letter of John tells us: ‘We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ. We write this for our joy to be complete’ (1 John 1:3-4).

Faith, when expressed in prayer and action, opens new paths for necessary transformations. Faith sustains hope, lifts it up, and transforms it into a living force to serve, to unite, to work and to build. To live in community, peace, and unity is to live in communion with truth and the highest good; it is to walk together, care for one another, and keep the light of love burning brightly among brothers and sisters.

Therefore, let us also remember the Word: “As for you, remain in what you have heard from the beginning, so that you also may remain in the Son and in the Father” (1 John 2:24). And further on, it calls on us: “Yes, remain in him, my children, so that when he appears we may have confidence and no shame before him on the day of his coming” (1 John 2:28). Let us, then, remain in God, in truth, in unity, and in peace. Our prayers and our hearts are always with you. May God bless Venezuela and the peoples of the world”.
