National Consultation of July 12: CNE enabled quick guide for submissions of community projects

The National Electoral Council (CNE) has launched a quick digital guide that serves as an instructional tool for submitting community projects for the Second National Popular Consultation 2026, to be held on July 12.

The tool allows each proposal to be classified within a catalog structure divided into five levels: transformation, sector, category, focus, and action.

This methodology has as its finality to ensure the coherence and correct thematic framing of the projects submitted and selected by the grassroots for subsequent selection.

Also, the interactive material includes a series of guiding questions, designed to direct discussions in community assemblies, promoting the active participation of the population in the restructuring and reengineering process of the State.

Citizens can access the CNE’s information channels, such as its Telegram channel, to download interactive material to be taken to their community and discussed.
