The Minister of People’s Power for Transportation, Hipólito Abreu, reported through his account on the Twitter social network @HAbreuMRT, that the measure applies only in the weeks of economic (quarantine) flexibility.
Bolívar and Táchira states are exempt from this decision, said the minister in writing.
