In a statement, the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that Venezuela has reached a historic agreement with the United States Government to revitalize its hydrocarbon industry. This alliance will allow to develop 17 oil fields with a potential of 65 billion barrels, attracting over $100 billion in private investment and more than $209 billion in taxes for the State.
