Villegas said that the meeting of the Head of State with international media will be broadcast in the five continents: Venezuela (12:00 noon); Mexico City, Mexico (11:00 am); London, England (5:00 p.m.); Madrid, Spain (6:00 p.m.); And Moscow, Russia (8:00 p.m.).
