The constitutional president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, along with the first lady, Cilia Flores, sent this Sunday a message to the fathers on their day, highlighting “the profound and integral greatness of being a father.”
In the note, shared on his social media, the president expressed: “Our congratulations with joy, faith, and commitment.” May God the Father bless every home, strengthen every family, and accompany our nation on its path of peace, unity, and happiness.”
President Maduro also referred to five dimensions. First, he addressed living in perfect harmony with the Heavenly Father: “Every father must look at God to learn to protect, forgive, guide, and love.”
Following, he called to keep alive the legacy of the original vision of the Father of the Nation, Simón Bolívar. The third dimension, as the president assured, “is to thank the father who gave us the first hand, the first word, the first example.”
Fourth, he asked to have present, with daily loyalty, the father-teacher Hugo Chávez. In that same vein, he detailed the fifth dimension, which consists of lovingly supporting the father-people: “the working father, the farmer father, the laborer father, the young father, the grandfather father, the father who builds family and deep community in our beloved Venezuela.”
