President in Charge achieves biggest surge in popularity among Latin American leaders

The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, saw a rise on her approval rating from 24.1% to 29.5%, an increase of 5.4 percentage points, making her the leader with the largest surge in popularity in Latin America, according to the results of a survey conducted by CB Global Data.

This rise coincides with announcements regarding the return of international oil companies to Venezuela, as well as the tour held by the President in Charge trip to India to promote business opportunities.

Recently, Rodríguez presided over the signing ceremony of the Understanding Memorandum between Petróleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) and the international company Schlumberger Limited (SLB).
