The key to success in the area has been the collaboration between government authorities and the Explosion Del Poder Popular Commune. Members of the various community councils actively participated in the rehabilitation work alongside 112 technical workers and 15 residents.

The completed works included the construction of new walls, repair of drinking water pipes, waterproofing of roofs, general painting of facades, as well as the restoration of internal staircases, hallways, parking areas, and common areas.
