At a mass rally that overflowed the streets of Cabimas municipality, in Zulia state, in support of the Bolivarian Government and peace, the first Vice President of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, summoned the Bolivarian people to commemorate the day of indigenous resistance this month.
He also referred to the plebiscite held last Sunday in Colombia, where the people affected by armed conflict voted for peace.
Diosdado Cabello, first Vice President of the PSUV, said the National Government appointed a special commission composed of the Bolivarian Government of Zulia, Petroleos de Venezuela and the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism and Water; which will meet in the entity on 24 October, the day of the birth of General Rafael Urdaneta, to work cleaning up the Lake Maracaibo.
