Learn about the three lines of action of the Revolutionary counter-offensive plan

Since September 1 until December 31, 2016, will be launched the Revolutionary Counter-Offensive Plan promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro.
On Thursday, during his participation in a meeting held in the Bolivar Avenue in Caracas in defense of peace, the Head of State said that this plan will be guided by three lines of action.
The first line is the political offensive that will have as a function to give a ‘romp’ to all plans that are not working, to strengthen the Bolivar-Chavez Battle Units (UBCH), communal councils, the local committees of Supply and Production (CLAP) and Grassroots movements.
The second task, said Maduro, is to close the 2016 by meeting all the goals of social missions with an emphasis on the Great Mission Housing Venezuela, Barrio Adentro 100%, Mission Transport, Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolor, and Homes of the Homeland.
He also reiterated that the third line of action is to achieve the full recovery of the economy; “Let’s not get distracted, let’s get to work,” he said.
Moreover, the National President, used the occasion to invite, once again, to a national dialogue. “If one day this year or next year (…) the Venezuelan right wing wants to sit and talk in a civilized way, we make ourselves available to dialogue with respect,” he said.
