Isturiz called on the political offensive against attacks from the right wing


Aristobulo Isturiz, Executive Vice President of the Republic, called on Wednesday on a political offensive to defend the Homeland and thus ensure the welfare of the people, against the attacks by the right wing.
This was stated after culminating the mobilization held at the Panamericana avenue in Cumana, Sucre state, which was organized in order to reject the sabotage and to strongly protest against the economic war by the right wing.
He also pointed out “The Venezuelan opposition is jumping from the economic war into a political war, a social war, a violent war”, he also added “I call to jump from the resistance to the construction of hope, hope can be built, we can not stand idly awaiting for hope to come, we can not stand idly against an unconventional economic war (…) We have to pass onto a political offensive” through the Great Mission Sovereign and Safe Supply”.
Similarly, he affirmed that the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, must come out organized into the streets to prevent the economic war, “We have to face the “bachaqueo” (smuggling and usury), for this is necessary the whole structure of the State’s intelligence, it is necessary that the State’s police, that the Armed Forces of the State are next to the People’s power, along with the party, along with the CLAP (Local Committees of Supply and Production), along with the communal councils, with the communes”, he added.
In the mobilization was also involved the Governor of Sucre state, Luis Acuña, and national leaders of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, the information was provided during a live contact on the “En Tres y Dos” (Between Two and Three) program, broadcast by Venezolana de Television.
