President Maduro met with his Nicaraguan counterpart to strengthen bilateral relations

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, held a bilateral meeting with his counterpart from Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, in which they reaffirmed their commitment to lead the peoples of both countries towards new and great victories.
At the meeting, the leaders discussed on economic, social and cultural issues, as reviews the Ministry for Communication and Information in a press release.
The Heads of State were accompanied by the first fighter woman, Cilia Flores, the Venezuelan Chancellor, Delcy Rodríguez, and the coordinator of the Communication and Citizenship Council from Nicaragua, Rosario Murillo.
The occasion was propitious for President Daniel Ortega to give to the people of Venezuela and to President Maduro, a painting where is seen the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chavez, called “Picassian Figure of Commander Hugo Chavez”, a work made by the painter Oscar Galo.
Afterwards, the Presidents toured the streets of Managua, capital of Nicaragua, and shared with the people of that country.
