Venezuela is highlighted at the China International Import Expo (CIIE) 2025, being held in Shanghai until November 10. Under a structure showcasing the beauty of the Caribbean nation, visitors to the fair are exploring these spaces where they can also sample the flavors and aromas of culinary products that are world-renowned.
The Venezuelan pavilion has exceeded expectations in terms of visitors. The local public in the Asian country continues to be captivated by the cultural and gastronomic displays offered by the delegation, while the delicious beverages delight the palates of attendees. Furthermore, the warmth of the Venezuelan representatives leaves everyone with a feeling of joy.
With the participation of the Minister for Foreign Trade, Coromoto Godoy, the Vice Minister for Export Promotion and President of the Venezuelan Export Promotion Agency (Venexporta), Daniella Cabello, along with a team of officials from the Ministry of People’s Power for Tourism, the Bolivarian Government is strengthening relations with China. The intention is to boost the socio-productive sector that drives the country’s economy.
For the Minister for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, this participation seals a strategic commitment that goes beyond trade: «The state presence strengthens the ties of cooperation between China and Venezuela and positions the country as a reliable and key partner for diversifying business opportunities.» She emphasized that the geopolitical vision led by President Nicolás Maduro contributes to strengthening the bilateral relationship, reinforcing a development model based on a multicentric and multipolar world.
