New methodological paths will build the indestructible foundations of Venezuela

From the Humboldt Hotel in Caracas, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, closed on June 14 the Workshop on the Seven Transformations (7T), a strategic planning event aimed at coordinating government actions along with the people’s power. On June 13 and 14, the meeting brought together senior officials with the goal of consolidating new methodological paths in key areas such as health, education, culture, communications, tourism, and public services.

In his speech, the head of state emphasized the need to consolidate a political and methodological vision that strengthens the territorial foundation of the Bolivarian project. He stated: «We are here to advance towards a new, appropriate methodology and build the indestructible foundations of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.» He also emphasized the importance of creating a national communications system, articulated between streets, networks, media, walls, and the so-called «radio bemba” (Word of mouth).

He explained that the coordination between the Plan de la Patria (Homeland Plan) and the regional agendas must be built on scientific, institutional, and organizational foundations, with «the key objective being to scientifically align the agendas of the national plan and the regional agendas of the 24 states, plus the capital city, Caracas.» He emphasized that the process must be based on effective communication between the different levels of government and organized citizens.

During the closing ceremony, he also reiterated the importance of establishing leadership that emerges from direct contact with the people, stating that «we have no right to fail» in fulfilling the strategic guidelines outlined from the legacy of Commander Chávez.

The head of state acknowledged the regional work in renewing political discourse and consolidating popular connection, highlighting the mobilization and participation registered during the elections on May 25.

Finally, he reaffirmed that the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and the organized people must assume a leading role in the construction of a new State. Through strengthening communication, territorial participation, and structured political action, the national government plans to advance toward a new stage in the consolidation of the Bolivarian project, with the goal of sustaining a sovereign, productive, and inclusive political model.
