The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, participates in the High Level Workshop of the Popular Government, a strategic space that brings together representatives of more than 5,000 communal circuits in La Carlota, Miranda state.
The activity, installed this Thursday by the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, aimed at public officials, line directors of governorships and mayors, communes and communal circuits, will also include an agenda with popular and communal cabinets during the 24th, 25th and 26th this month, which will allow the construction of the communal State, as proposed by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.
This workshop is part of the 7 Transformations promoted by the Head of State, aimed at energizing the country’s productive economic engines and deepening the four lines of the Constitutional Reform.
During its installation, Rodríguez highlighted that the event represents a decisive step to consolidate the People’s Power and thus overcome the historical challenges that the Nation has faced.
The 7 Transformations: a roadmap for the new Venezuela:
– 1. Economic transformation: President Maduro proposes to overcome the rentier and parasitic model, replacing it with a productive and diversified economy. This first transformation seeks to consolidate economic independence in the face of imperialist aggression and the economic war that has affected the country.
– 2. Access to services and collective rights: The second transformation focuses on guaranteeing universal access to basic services and building human cities that promote good living, prioritizing collective rights over individual interests.
– 3. Security, defense and peace: The third transformation highlights the active defense of national sovereignty against fascism and technological imperialism. The Venezuelan people have demonstrated their ability to protect peace and territorial integrity.
– 4. Social gear: The missions and great missions are consolidated as tools to strengthen the social protection system and the political organization based on popular participation.
– 5. People’s power and communes: The fifth transformation materializes in the creation of the communes room and communal circuits, a space to articulate actions that consolidate the People’s Power and advance towards Constitutional Reform.
– 6. Technological independence: Breaking with the technological dependencies imposed by imperialism is the axis of the sixth transformation, which seeks to strengthen national autonomy in this strategic area.
– 7. New geopolitics: The seventh transformation promotes international alliances based on peace and shared development, building protective rings that strengthen the sovereignty of Venezuela and its strategic partners.
Planning and monitoring journeys:
In the words of the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodriguez, the work journeys will be activated starting on February 24, with the participation of the sectoral cabinets and the communal circuits.
Through the Patria System, VenApp and the monitoring of the Local Supply and Production Committees (CLAP), the approved projects and the financing destined for the communities will be monitored:
«We are giving birth to a new Homeland, a communal and popular State. Let’s leave bureaucracy behind and build the future together,» said Rodriguez during her speech.
From February 27 to March 23, popular planning days will be held, based on the direct needs of the country.
In this context, the High-Level Workshop of the Popular Government stands as a crucial space for the construction of a prosperous and supportive future for Venezuela, under the leadership of President Nicolás Maduro.
